1. No Refund Policy for Mentorship Programs
All sales for mentorship programs (Empire Bureau Master, Empire CEO Blueprint, and Empire Tax Pro Starter) are final and non-refundable.
• Once you register, your spot is secured and cannot be refunded.
• If you fail to participate, miss sessions, or do not complete the mentorship, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
• If you are removed from the program due to violations of conduct, no refunds will be issued.
2. Refund Eligibility for Digital Products & Courses
You may request a refund for a digital product within 1 day of purchase if you experience one of the following:
• Technical issues preventing access or use of the product.
• Duplicate purchase due to a technical error.
3. Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
• You changed your mind or no longer want the product.
• The refund request is made after 1 day from the purchase date.
• You violated our Terms of Service or Licensing Agreement.
• The product was acquired through a promotional or bundled offer.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
• Initiating a chargeback or dispute on a non-refundable product or service may result in permanent removal from all future offers, mentorships, and digital access.
• If you have an issue with your purchase, please reach out to support first before taking action with your bank.
5. Exceptions
There are no exceptions to this refund policy. By purchasing any mentorship, course, or digital product, you agree to these terms.
